Candidate Requirements:

Install and configure hardware, operating systems and applications
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
Manage users on active directory
Manage server backups on daily basis
Manage the end point security on all computers
Must be able to provide remote support to the entire Company
Manage printer networks
