Job Overview
Servest Office Services, a division of the Servest Group, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team in achieving targets, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and expand the customer base.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to sales team members.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new sales opportunities, and resolve customer complaints.
- Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve sales processes to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Budget Management: Manage sales budgets and ensure alignment with company financial objectives.
Minimum Requirements
✅ Matric / Grade 12.
✅ Sales and Marketing qualification or relevant field.
✅ 7-10 years of sales management experience in the hygiene or related industry.
✅ Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, achieving margins within set budgets.
✅ Strong planning and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
✅ Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
✅ Experience in performance management.
