Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Performance Coach in the Health Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales execution and coaching, with a focus on improving conversion rates, enhancing sales techniques, and ensuring sales processes are followed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Training
✔️ Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and conversion rates.
✔️ Identify performance gaps and develop customized coaching plans for agents.
✔️ Conduct live call monitoring and provide real-time feedback to optimize performance.
✔️ Implement and reinforce best practices for overcoming objections and closing sales.
Sales Strategy & Analysis
✔️ Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
✔️ Work with team leaders and management to align coaching with business goals.
✔️ Conduct workshops on sales strategies, product knowledge, and soft skills.
Performance Monitoring
✔️ Assist in setting realistic performance goals and track progress against key KPIs.
✔️ Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous learning.
Minimum Requirements
✅ Grade 12 (Matric) with English & a second language
✅ Undergraduate/Postgraduate qualification in a related field (Advantageous)
✅ 4-6 years’ experience as a Team Leader in a Sales Call Centre environment
✅ Strong background in sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies
✅ FAIS Fit & Proper compliance (As per legislation)
