Admin clerk

Position: Administration Clerk
Working Hours: 8 am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: 6k-8k depending on experience
Available Immediately

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
– Switchboard
– Recording and follow up of customer feedback and complaints.
– Subcontracting (Dealing with Suppliers)
– Raising Purchase orders on SAGE
– Typing and printing of calibration certificates and labels.
– Customer Quotations and follow up of order numbers/payments.
– 1st Point of contact for all customer queries and requests -Filing

Requirements:
– High school diploma
– Minimum 1 years’ experience in general admin for a calibration laboratory, or minimum 5 years administration experience
– Knowledge of the 17025 Quality Management System preferable
– Health and Safety experience preferable
– Tender submission experience preferable
– Customer liaison experience
– Microsoft Word and Excel literate, intermediate level.
– Sage Pastel knowledge
