Introduction
Momentum Insure, in partnership with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority), offers young South Africans a fantastic opportunity to gain skills and practical experience in the short-term insurance industry through a structured learnership programme.

Role Purpose
This 12-month learnership will provide participants with the chance to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in short-term insurance. Successful graduates will receive a National Certificate: Short-Term Insurance, NQF Level 4, making this a valuable step towards a career in the insurance industry.

Requirements

• Age: Between 18 and 25 years (must be turning 25 in 2025).
• Education: Must have passed Matric (50%+ for English, Math is beneficial).
• Skills: Must be computer literate.
• Experience: No work experience required (currently unemployed or with no work experience).
• Study Status: Not studying at any other institution or registered for any other learnership.
• Criminal Record: Must have a clean criminal and credit record.
• Additional Documents: A copy of your ID and Matric certificate or preliminary results must be attached to your application.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational programme within various departments in Momentum Insure, gaining exposure to different aspects of the short-term insurance industry.

Additional Information

• Participants will receive a fixed monthly allowance during the learnership period.
