Key Purpose:

As a Financial Accountant, you will assist the Finance Manager with daily accounting and reporting responsibilities. You will play a critical role in strengthening internal financial controls, identifying and mitigating financial risks, and contributing to a cost-saving culture through financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries for accurate financial reporting.
• Reconcile balance sheets and ensure financial data integrity.
• Assist in budget preparation and tracking financial performance.
• Conduct transaction validation and variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Approve supplier orders, invoices, and staff reimbursements weekly.
• Oversee accounts receivables to maintain financial health.
• Act as a liaison for internal and external audits.
• Approve management expense invoices and reimbursements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BCom degree or equivalent with a major in Financial Accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance reporting and accounting.
