TotalEnergies offers a dynamic career in logistics, supply chain, and SAP system management. As a Central Processing Agent, you’ll be responsible for stock movement processing, reconciliations, and system optimization, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Stock & Logistics Processing
- Validate and process stock movements on SAP Harmonie for Logistics, ISP’s, and NBE Plants.
- Ensure incoming stock movements are receipted correctly into bulk stock.
- Process outgoing stock transactions for accurate customer billing.
- Investigate and resolve incorrect stock balances from daily reconciliations.
- Monitor and resolve interface errors (WE02) and rebranding discrepancies (ZC012).
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation reports.
- Follow up on Master Data and pricing issues to ensure accuracy.
✅ Customer & Sales Support
- Ensure all sales orders (bulk & aviation fuel) are correctly processed and released.
- Validate Customer Fuel Release Approvals and coordinate with airports.
- Process EDI transactions for bulk orders as per customer requests.
- Address and resolve customer queries, disputes, and discrepancies in billing.
- Provide stakeholders with updated reports on processing status.
✅ HSE & Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
- Maintain a safe working environment and contribute to risk reduction strategies.
- Ensure SOX requirements are always met and documented.
- File and maintain signed supporting documents for audits.
Who Should Apply?
✅ Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Higher Certificate in Supply Chain Management (or equivalent).
- SAP experience (Sales & Distribution, Material Management) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the Petrochemical industry is a plus.
✅ Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, stock reconciliation, and data validation.
- Ability to handle high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
