Servest (Pty) Ltd, a leading Facilities Management Company, is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager for their Cleaning Division. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
✔ Customer Service & Client Relations – Provide real-time, accurate, and valuable insights to clients.
✔ Employee Management – Oversee and motivate staff to ensure optimal performance.
✔ Occupational Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to HSE policies and maintain required documentation.
✔ Quality Control – Implement and monitor cleaning standards across sites.
✔ Industrial Relations – Handle labour-related matters in compliance with company policies.
✔ Asset & Machinery Management – Maintain company equipment and resources efficiently.
✔ Administrative Duties – Manage claims, payroll (casual wages), and site records.
✔ Ensure Compliance – Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational instructions.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
✔ Matric (Grade 12) – Required
✔ 5+ years of experience in the Cleaning Industry
✔ Strong knowledge of Cleaning & Hygiene processes
✔ Valid Driver’s License
✔ Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Reporting Tools, etc.)
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
✔ Well-organized and deadline-driven
✔ Willingness to make occasional personal sacrifices to meet business deadlines
