🎯 Role Overview
The Graduate Development Program (GDP) will provide you with:
- Technical coaching in Process/Chemical Engineering
- Rotational exposure to various PPC departments
- Mentorship and professional development
- Assessment and feedback for personal and professional growth
Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role, though this is not guaranteed.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate, you will:
✔ Receive intensive training in Process/Chemical Engineering, learning hands-on in various PPC departments
✔ Gain exposure to the larger business context, understanding how different functions interconnect
✔ Benefit from strong mentorship and continuous performance assessments
✔ Engage in rotational assignments to build a well-rounded skill set

🎓 Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering from a recognized University
✔ 60% average pass mark during studies
Other Criteria
✔ Ability to adapt and fit into PPC’s purpose-driven culture
✔ Willingness to move between PPC sites as required
✔ No criminal record
✔ Preference will be given to black African female candidates and those who meet BEE criteria
