Position Overview
Twizza is hiring a Production Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in its Bellville production facility. This role is crucial in ensuring that all designated areas remain clean, orderly, and in compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- General Cleaning:
Sweep floors in designated production areas (away from machinery), scrub and clean drains, and empty trash bins while replacing liners. - Consumables Management:
Replenish consumables such as ear plugs, hair nets, beard covers, wrist covers, toilet paper, and hand towels when needed. - Stock Monitoring:
Monitor cleaning stock levels and report any shortages to the Line Manager. - Cleaning Schedule Compliance:
Follow the Master Cleaning Schedule to ensure all designated areas are cleaned as per SOPs. - Documentation:
Accurately complete area logbooks as required by standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Food Safety Standards:
Adhere to Food Safety Standards and report any issues related to the Food Safety Management System to the Food Safety Team.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification:
- Grade 12
Experience:
- Proven experience working in a similar cleaning role within an FMCG or production environment.
