Job Overview
Pedros is looking for a dedicated Call Centre Agent to handle customer inquiries, provide menu details, and ensure accurate order processing for delivery and collection. The role also involves upselling and cross-selling to enhance the customer experience and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance:
- Understand and explain the restaurant’s menu, offerings, and policies.
- Provide detailed descriptions and make recommendations to customers.
- Order Management:
- Take and accurately record customer orders, including special instructions.
- Coordinate orders with the appropriate stores for delivery or collection.
- Modify existing orders as per customer requests and communicate changes with the stores.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or promote additional menu items and beverages.
- Provide relevant recommendations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Requirements
- Education: Matric qualification is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in inbound call handling.
- Experience in a call center or similar customer service role.
