Job Overview

Pedros is seeking a meticulous and organized Junior Administrator to join its Finance team. The role involves maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and providing updates to ensure seamless operations within the organization. This position also includes collaborating with senior management and financial institutions to manage company cards and accounts.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Card Management:
    • Apply for new company and fleet cards.
    • Maintain records and ensure proper usage of company cards.
  • Entity and Bank Account Applications:
    • Process applications for new entities.
    • Apply for new bank accounts and ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Reporting and Feedback:
    • Provide timely updates on the status of applications.
    • Communicate feedback and address queries from cardholders.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Handle ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication across all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Education:
    • Matric qualification is essential.
    • Studying towards a financial diploma or degree is advantageous.
