What will you do?
This job of High Performance Centre Personal Assistant works within a regional Hub set-up responsible for assisting the Advisors, Para planners and Administrators with Personal Assistant and secretarial support, office and inventory management and administrative assistance related to selected sales support activities.
The Successful Candidate Will Take Responsibility For The Follow
Undertake office support functions (Personal Assistant functions)
Client engagement and service
Mail/post management and telephone handling
Correspondence and filling
Diary scheduling
Preparation for meetings (i.e. agenda, venue, etc.)
Events and travel arrangements
Stationary and office supplies
Expense management and payments
Provide administrative sales support to the Financial Advisor/HPC Administrator and/or Para planner with sales support functions including:
Preparation and population of application forms for new business
Application form and attachments needed for policy conversions
Check for the correctness and completeness of all applications and revert back to Financial Advisor if missing information/fields are found
Assist Financial Advisor’s in arranging for medicals
Liaise with underwriters and other issuers to gather information or communicate requests/queries as needed
Follow up on S14 transfer
Undertake case tracking for Financial Advisor’s
Co-ordinate direct requests/appointments between Para planner and Financial Advisor’s
Develop and maintain relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with key Distribution relationships within the channel and region to support delivery (i.e.: SSA’s, HPC Administrator and Para planner, Financial Advisor’s, Underwriting etc.)
Contribute towards the maintenance of existing customer relationships with the company
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification & Experience
Grade 12
3 years proven experience in office administration/Personal Assistant/Secretary (within Sanlam)
Preferably have financial services administration experience, and secretarial Diploma
Knowledge and Skills: (Functional)
