Overview:
Fidelity Services Group is looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join their sales team as Sales Consultants in Worcester. This role involves providing innovative security solutions, exceeding sales targets, and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell armed monitoring and response agreements to meet security needs.
- Promote and drive sales for alarm upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and more.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders like estate agents, builders, and architects.
- Regularly report progress and ensure administrative accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods sales.
- Knowledge of intruder detection systems (e.g., IDS, DSC, AJAX) is advantageous.
- Educational Requirement: Matric or equivalent qualification.
Job Requirements & Attributes

- Strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet tools.

Duties
- Generate and close deals using self-sourced and internal leads.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and quotes to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions.
- Achieve revenue sales targets and grow client acquisition.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide detailed and timely reporting.
