Role Overview

As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving mobile sales, achieving set targets, and expanding Hollywoodbets’ mobile customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to represent the Hollywoodbets brand positively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Sales:
   • Assist clients with account setup and address betting queries.
   • Promote and demonstrate mobile products and services to increase activations and sales.
   • Drive mobile marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
   • Ensure customers understand and utilize the sign-up bonus and mobile application for betting.
2. Administrative & Reporting:
   • Track daily sales activities and provide reports to management.
   • Help customers submit correct FICA documents for account verification.
3. Promotional Activities:
   • Set up displays at various outlets and events to draw in prospective customers.
   • Maintain neat and tidy work areas to create a positive brand image.
4. Operational Support:
   • Support branch and store operations by traveling as needed.
   • Complete training sessions and ensure proficiency with betting procedures and the mobile system.

Minimum Requirements

• Preferred Qualifications: Matric (high school diploma)
• Experience: Prior experience in sales or as a promoter is a plus.
• Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile and internet betting platforms.
