Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Graduate Intern, your daily tasks will involve:
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews to ensure smooth, efficient connections between our Talent team and candidates.
- Application Management: Upload candidate applications into our management tool for organized, accessible records.
- Onboarding Preparation: Prepare personnel packs for new hires to ensure they’re equipped for success from day one.
- Document Management: File and organize recruitment documentation for streamlined record-keeping.
- General Office Support: Assist with various office administrative functions to help keep recruitment operations running efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Talent team, contributing ideas and support to attract and retain exceptional talent.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be eligible for the internship:
- Education: A 3-year National Diploma, Degree, or Honours Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology from a recognized public tertiary institution.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent organizational abilities.
- Demographic Requirements: South African citizen, aged between 18-35 years.
- Location: Reside within or near KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not engaged in any other learnership or internship programs.
- Prior Internship Experience: Must not have completed any prior internship through SETA or government programs.
Additional Requirements
- Certified Documentation: Submit a certified copy of your ID, Grade 12 certificate, and diploma or degree qualification from a public tertiary institution.
- Updated Resume: Include a current CV with your application, detailing contact information and relevant experience.
