• Provide customers and drivers with accurately prepared orders
• Assist with loading and offloading of vehicles
• Provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers and suppliers with loading and offloading their vehicles
• Ensure yard stock items are neatly packed and accessible
• Ensure vehicles are clean and loaded safely
• Provide assistance to customers and suppliers regarding workshop/joinery
• Complete wash bay activities accurately
• Ensure store shelves, boards, and other stock items are neatly packed and accessible for customers
• Uphold and promote company values and culture
