Job description – Personal Assistant
Mature person with least five years’ experience
Correspondence; professional business letters, emails, telephone calls.
Time management; Arrangements regarding meetings, keeping diary, schedules
Administrative systems; filing systems, data storage
Compiling and preparing reports
Producing documents; word processing, spreadsheets.
Follow up and management of outstanding matters
Feedback on internal and external matters
Minutes of meetings, follow up on matters arising
Processing and analysis of Municipal and Eskom accounts
Customer service
Human Resources
Municipal adjustments & visits to Municipality for account corrections
Assisting in implementing and keeping the company structure and maintaining procedures.
Skills required:

Efficiency
Accuracy
Excellent communication skills on all levels (verbal, written and electronic) in English and Afrikaans

Self-motivated
Proficiency in all the following: Outlook, Excel, Word.
Accounting Experience will be beneficial
