Job Description
As a Virtual Consultant, you will engage with customers through direct sales and relationship-building, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the best possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Needs Clarification: Set clear objectives for each call, present tailored sales material, ask relevant questions, and perform financial needs analyses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sell Customer Propositions: Match the right products/services to customer needs and invite them to purchase at standard terms. Achieve sales, talk time, and other performance targets.
- Performance Management: Prioritize workflow, complete tasks to required standards, and improve personal performance through management systems.
- Customer Relationships Development: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the first point of contact and ensuring positive customer experiences.
- Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers via referrals and recommendations from existing clients.
- Operational Compliance: Follow organizational policies, regulatory codes, and mandatory procedures. Obtain authorization for any exceptions.
- Personal Capability Building: Continuously improve through formal and informal training, professional accreditation, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.

Job Requirements
- Education:
- Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
- RE5 Certification (Essential)
- 120 FAIS Credits (NQF5) in Wealth Management (Essential)
- Class of Business (COB) (Essential)
- 120 FAIS Credits (NQF6) in Wealth Management, CFP, or equivalent (Advantageous)
- Relevant Finance-related Degree/Diploma (Advantageous)
