Trafalgar Group is offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic, proactive candidate passionate about the property industry to join their team in the Table View branch as a Community Scheme Administrator. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Community Scheme Manager (CSM).
- Typing correspondence and minutes for trustees and owners.
- Liaising with the Chairman and Trustees in the absence of the CSM.
- Preparing monthly packs for the Chairman of the Body Corporate.
- Ensuring all information is updated in in-house systems.
- Logging insurance claims and handling maintenance issues.
- Managing emails and ensuring continuous communication with clients within a 24-hour turnaround time.
- Authorizing and processing invoices promptly.
- Drafting notices for Annual General Meetings (AGM) and assisting with AGM preparation.
- Completing AGM workflows and submitting CSOS Annual Returns after AGMs.
- Carrying out additional administrative duties as required.
Required Skills:
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Previous experience with Sectional Titles would be an added advantage.
