Company Overview:

Trafalgar Group is offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic, proactive candidate passionate about the property industry to join their team in the Table View branch as a Community Scheme Administrator. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Community Scheme Manager (CSM).
  • Typing correspondence and minutes for trustees and owners.
  • Liaising with the Chairman and Trustees in the absence of the CSM.
  • Preparing monthly packs for the Chairman of the Body Corporate.
  • Ensuring all information is updated in in-house systems.
  • Logging insurance claims and handling maintenance issues.
  • Managing emails and ensuring continuous communication with clients within a 24-hour turnaround time.
  • Authorizing and processing invoices promptly.
  • Drafting notices for Annual General Meetings (AGM) and assisting with AGM preparation.
  • Completing AGM workflows and submitting CSOS Annual Returns after AGMs.
  • Carrying out additional administrative duties as required.

Required Skills:

  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
  • Previous experience with Sectional Titles would be an added advantage.
