Company Overview:

Trafalgar Durban is seeking skilled and experienced Property Sales Agents to join their team. These agents will serve as crucial intermediaries between property sellers and potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property value.
• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and favorable terms.
• Assess clients’ needs and financial situations to propose suitable property solutions.
• Facilitate negotiations, offering advice on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and more.
• Present and promote properties to prospective buyers.
• Prepare and manage necessary property-related documentation.
• Maintain and update property listings.
• Collaborate with appraisers, lenders, home inspectors, and other stakeholders.
• Drive sales through advertising, open houses, and listing services.
• Stay informed on real estate market trends and industry best practices.
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings for interested buyers.
• Provide regular feedback to sellers regarding inquiries and viewings.
• Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries and follow up.
• Generate new business leads and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Matriculation certificate.
• Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
