About the Role:
Thorburn Security Solutions, part of the Tsebo Solutions Group, is recruiting 6 Armed Response Officers to respond to alarms and conduct patrols in Kathu and Kuruman. The primary responsibilities include responding to alarm activations, reporting incidents, and ensuring vehicles are clean and inspected.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to alarms and conduct patrols.
- Report all incidents to the control room.
- Revert alarm activations and leave slips after responding to alarms.
- Inspect and ensure vehicles are neat and clean.
- Follow firearm procedures at all times.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to report incidents and work under pressure.
- Firearm competency is essential.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
- Ability to read and write in both English and Afrikaans.
- Must be PSiRA registered with Grade B.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Grade 10.
