Fidelity Services Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and maintain inventory for the SecureDrive division. This role requires overseeing warehouse operations, including stock control, staff management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Ensure inventory levels are maintained within prescribed limits and handle stock variance investigations.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receiving, issuing, storing, and returning of warehouse stock. Ensure that stock is dispatched efficiently and timeously.
• Stock Record Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, including receipts and transfers.
• Staff Supervision: Organize, supervise, and train warehouse staff, ensuring optimal warehouse space utilization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Technical, Admin teams, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations.
• Branch Support: Assist outlying branches and Technical Managers with stock variance investigations.
• Work Flexibility: Be prepared to work after hours and on weekends as required.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
• Certification: Certification in stock management or warehousing is advantageous
• Driver’s License: Required
• Experience: Experience in a warehouse environment; import/export experience is advantageous
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel
