Fidelity Services Group, a leader in Security and Investigations, is seeking a motivated Internal Sales Consultant to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves managing inbound leads, conducting outbound cold calls, and working closely with the sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements to offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Route qualified leads to sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, driving customer engagement.
  • Account Research: Research and identify key decision-makers to generate interest in products and services.
  • Database Expansion: Maintain and grow a robust database of prospects.
  • Effective Communication: Conduct product discussions and present solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Consultants to build a strong sales pipeline.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven Internal Sales Experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong Phone Presence with experience making multiple sales calls per day.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience working with a CRM system to manage customer relationships and track performance.
  • SAP Knowledge is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle are required.
