Fidelity Services Group, a leader in Security and Investigations, is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations and manage Operations Managers across multiple regions. This role involves client liaison, HR/IR management, fleet management, cost control, and security officer deployment, ensuring that all site security requirements and client needs are met with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring security services meet contractual obligations.
  • Operations Management: Oversee site security and ensure that Security Officers comply with client requirements.
  • Service Evaluation: Continuously assess the quality of services provided and suggest improvements to meet client expectations.
  • Security Staff Supervision: Ensure the team’s performance meets required standards and address any HR-related issues.
  • Investigations and Reporting: Lead investigations of incidents and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Administration: Manage various administrative tasks, ensuring timely submission of employment forms and incident reports.
  • Compliance with ISO 9001: Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System standards.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle fleet management to ensure operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12/Matric Certificate or equivalent.
  • PSIRA Grade A registered.
  • Valid Driver’s License with reliable transport.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the security industry, with 5 years in Operational Security Management.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Firearm Act and Firearm competency.
  • Staff management experience is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • No criminal record or pending cases.
  • Excellent planning, administrative, client liaison, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System requirements.
