Fidelity Services Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Department through various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth daily operations and management of key functions within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Sales Consultants.
  • Assist with quotes and administration for National Contracts.
  • Manage escalated queries and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for clients, staff, and management, ensuring agendas are prepared and minutes are recorded and distributed promptly.
  • Maintain and organize the department’s filing systems and ensure all outgoing documentation is correctly distributed.
  • Handle purchase orders, quotes, and sales orders efficiently.
  • Assist with telephonic queries, complaints, and provide exceptional customer service for the Sales Department.
  • Screen and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Maths & Accounting.
  • PSIRA Grade B Qualification.
  • Post School Qualification (Advantageous).
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role, supporting Senior Management.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle work-related stress, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and capable of handling multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
