About the Team:

The Billing Support team is part of the Customer Support & Experience department, working alongside Product Support and Porting Support. This team focuses on resolving billing and payment-related inquiries while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers in resolving billing and payment inquiries, such as receipts, credit notes, and payment processing.
  • Support customer-facing teams with invoicing, subscriptions, and payment management.
  • Maintain accurate account balances.
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable and Cash Collection teams.
  • Provide a world-class billing support experience to customers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Aircall billing and payment processes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in SaaS B2B customer support or related experience.
  • Proficiency in English and French (German is a plus).
  • Experience with ticketing tools like Netsuite.
  • Ability to explain technical billing concepts to customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to address complex inquiries.
  • Strong time management and work prioritization skills.
  • Empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to work across multiple communication platforms.
  • Willingness to collaborate in a multilingual and international remote setting.
