Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to guests in dining areas, bars, and lounges.
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly set up.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Proven experience in a service role, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Matric qualification.
