Main Purpose of the Job:
The successful candidate will provide critical controller support to accurately and timely process vehicle stock transactions, adhering to established standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Controller Support: Deliver comprehensive support for processing vehicle stock transactions in alignment with predefined work objectives.
- Relationship Management:
- Collaborate directly with the Accountant and Dealer Principal.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, sales managers, and suppliers.
- Stock Transaction Processing: Ensure timely and accurate execution of vehicle stock transactions while maintaining inventory integrity.
- Utilize Stock Control Systems: Employ stock control and location equipment to manage vehicle inventory effectively and accurately.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries courteously and professionally.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Stock Controller in the automotive industry is required.
- Familiarity with Autoline systems is preferred.
- Training in standard stock-keeping systems is a plus.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for efficient data management and reporting.
