Main Purpose of the Job:

The successful candidate will provide critical controller support to accurately and timely process vehicle stock transactions, adhering to established standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Controller Support: Deliver comprehensive support for processing vehicle stock transactions in alignment with predefined work objectives.
  2. Relationship Management:
    • Collaborate directly with the Accountant and Dealer Principal.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, sales managers, and suppliers.
  3. Stock Transaction Processing: Ensure timely and accurate execution of vehicle stock transactions while maintaining inventory integrity.
  4. Utilize Stock Control Systems: Employ stock control and location equipment to manage vehicle inventory effectively and accurately.
  5. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries courteously and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Stock Controller in the automotive industry is required.
  • Familiarity with Autoline systems is preferred.
  • Training in standard stock-keeping systems is a plus.

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for efficient data management and reporting.
  • People Management Skills: Well-developed interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and team dynamics.
  • Supply Chain Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
