Position Overview:

As a Driver/Cleaner, your role will be to provide a professional transport service in accordance with our standard operating procedures and legal requirements. You’ll be responsible for delivering and collecting vehicles, documents, and customers safely, while maintaining our showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle cleaning: Ensure both interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles meet high showroom standards.
  • Vehicle quality control: Inspect vehicles for expired licenses, services due, and report any issues affecting quality.
  • Refueling and maintenance: Check and maintain vehicle fluid levels, tire pressure, and other important parameters.
  • Deliveries: Safely transport vehicles, customers, and documentation between branches, suppliers, and customers.
  • Premises maintenance: Keep the premises clean and orderly.
  • Other duties: Assist the Branch Manager with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum Qualification: Grade 12.
  • Driver’s License: Valid, unendorsed Code 8 license (held for at least 2 years).
  • Other Requirements: Basic computer literacy, fluency in English, and the ability to read maps.
