Job Overview:
As a General Worker at Crown Bag (Pty) Ltd, you will perform basic tasks related to production and waste management, contributing to the smooth functioning of the packing material manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• General tidiness and cleaning duties within the workspace.
• Packing bags on pallets and ensuring production and waste records are maintained.
• Identifying issues with bags (training will be provided).
• Responsible for housekeeping in the work area.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Working in different departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification.
• Forklift license (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Ability to perform manual labor.
• At least 5 years’ work experience.
• Prepared to work alternate day and night shifts.
• Own transport.

Skills Required:

• Strong service orientation.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
• Physically fit and in excellent health.
• Punctual with a good attendance record.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Strong team player.
