Position Overview

Tiger Brands is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Administration Clerk to support logistics and administrative operations within the regional Logistics Distribution Centre. This role is central to maintaining accurate records, ensuring efficient stock control, and delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics administration across multiple categories within the Distribution Centre

  • Prepare, capture, and reconcile month-end reports (in-transit, value reports, accuracy analyses)

  • Run and analyse Oracle reports (order management, sales status, not routed, etc.)

  • Prepare and capture stock counts

  • Monitor and manage pallets, PODs, and transport-related documentation

  • Reconcile monthly expenses for stock, transport, outsourced services, and pallets

  • Manage purchase orders and internal requisitions

  • Track daily stock cover, delivery days, customer order fills, and out-of-stock follow-ups

  • Maintain document control aligned with SHE and FSSC standards

  • Provide support to both internal and external stakeholders with professional communication

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12

  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (required)

  • At least 3 yearsโ€™ operational experience in logistics

  • FMCG experience essential

  • Proficiency in Oracle and MicroStrategy

  • Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
