Job Overview:
As a Call Centre Agent at Pedros, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, answering inquiries, and providing detailed information about the restaurant’s menu, services, and policies. You will also be responsible for accurately taking and submitting orders to the stores and assisting customers with order modifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the restaurant’s menu and offer detailed descriptions and recommendations to customers.
- Take orders for delivery and collection, ensuring accuracy in recording customer choices and special instructions, and coordinate with the relevant store.
- Assist customers with modifying orders and ensure that any changes are communicated effectively to the stores.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional menu items, beverages, or services to enhance the customer’s dining experience and increase sales revenue.
Requirements:
- Must have a Matric.
- Must be computer literate with strong phone etiquette.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in handling inbound calls.
- Prior experience in a call centre environment or similar role is preferred.
