Job Description:
Purpose:
To ensure that food is prepared and plated according to Pedros Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately read and process customer orders.
- Maintain a quick and efficient speed of service.
- Uphold food safety standards as per SOP.
- Ensure back-of-house (BOH) hygiene and cleanliness according to SOP.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately.
- Maintain BOH stock levels in line with SOP.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- National Senior Certificate (preferred).
- Senior Certificate (required).
- Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a kitchen prepper.
