Job Description:
The Call Centre Agent will handle incoming customer calls, address issues such as flight delays and cancellations, assist customers with queries, and explain processes. The role requires teamwork, shift work, and dealing with confidential information. The agent must communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from customers/passengers.
- Handle issues like delays and cancellations.
- Explain processes and assist customers as needed.
- Work in shifts and with confidential information.
- Communicate clearly with customers via phone and written correspondence.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in a Call Centre environment.
- A qualification in travel or a related field would be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Must have a clean criminal and credit record.
- Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
- Own transport would be beneficial.

- Patient, assertive, and able to resolve conflicts.
- Immaculate timekeeping and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing time well.

Shift Schedule:
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 09:00 – 18:00
- 10:00 – 19:00
(Shifts include weekends and public holidays).
