Description:
The Cabin Crew Instructor will assist in developing new training materials, addressing learning challenges, and facilitating training sessions in both classroom and virtual formats. The role involves monitoring trainee progress, identifying training needs, and ensuring compliance with regulations and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing new training materials.
- Address learning challenges and identify educational needs.
- Facilitate training sessions in line with updated material and regulations.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide individual feedback.
- Prepare training rooms and ensure materials are available.
- Stay up to date with relevant aviation regulations, SOPs, and policies.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
- Current and valid RSA Cabin Crew Licence.
- SACAA Instructor designation for Cabin Crew (Essential).
- Train the Trainer and Assessor certifications (Essential).
- Diploma/Training qualification (Desirable).
- Minimum 1000 flying hours as an active Cabin Crew Member.
- Willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook (Essential).
- Knowledge of SACAA regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Understanding of educational and training techniques (Essential).
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
