Duties and Responsibilities

· To access
and Respond to customer Mails. Compile and implement the delivery plan.
Evaluate and follow up on the effectiveness and execution of the delivery
plan.

· Ensure all
pod’s received and sent to customer.

· Issue and
manage employees PPE. Employees to report for duty wearing the correct PPE
issued for the specific job.

· Ensure
staff work to the processes, procedures and protocols relating to the
Transport operation.

· Capture all
timesheet, fuel, km’s and recording all leaves on daily

· Manage all
the pod’s filing them

· Regular communication
with shift staff on all matters.

· Capture
accident and incidents as per the company protocol.

· Maintain
good relationships with all key stakeholders.

· Handle
documentation.

· Manage and
control driver hours and overtime.

· Complete
driver scorecards on a daily basis.

· Work
Shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime as and when required.

Experience & Skills Required

· Firsthand and practical
approach to the job

· Must have at least 2
contactable references

· Minimum 2 years in
similar environment

· Attention to detail and
ability to work under pressure.

· Excel, Word and Outlook –
Intermediate level.

·

Educational & Other Requirements

· Grade 12 and Educated to
Road Transport NQF Level 3 will be an advantage.

· Screening and Polygraph.

· Medicals – Excellent
state of Health

· Effective communication
skills – verbal and written

· Neat and well groomed
(PPE must always be clean and worn)

· Time management and
organizational skills

· Display a professional
work approach

· Hard working and
initiative-taking

· Be able to
work on all platforms provided by the company, i.e. Fast Works, Mix
Telematics
