Main Purpose of the Job:
The Ward Hostess will report to the Unit Manager and ensure that all food and beverage areas are fully stocked, while maintaining a clean and tidy working environment. This role involves serving food and beverages promptly and attending to customer requests to enhance their experience.

Education and Experience Required:

• Matric is essential.
• Experience working in a hospitality environment.
• Customer service experience.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics.
• Good analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers and clients.
• Serve all food and beverages in a timely manner and respond to customer requests to ensure a positive experience.
• Support the Unit Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain operational excellence, financial performance, and customer/client satisfaction.
• Ensure food and beverage areas are well-stocked, clean, and tidy at all times.
