Main Purpose of the Job:
The Food Service Assistant will be responsible for performing various tasks related to food production, providing front-of-house services, and offering general support while adhering to Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Education and Experience Required:

• Matric is essential.
• Experience working in the Hospitality Industry is essential.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• A qualification in Food and Beverage or Culinary Arts is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of food preparation.
• Good communication skills.
• Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
• Passionate about delivering excellent service to clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks related to food production.
• Provide general support for both front and back of house operations.
