Key Performance Areas:

• Prepare and start-up machines for production.
• Operate machines and other related equipment effectively.
• Ensure compliance with production safety standards and maintain housekeeping.
• Clean machines and equipment regularly to maintain operational efficiency.
• Participate in Mini Business principles and practices.
• Confirm tank volumes (must be able to work at heights).
• Conduct stock verification as needed.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Education:
  • Grade 12.
• Certification/Training:
  • Completion of two Skills Programmes, with one being in Basic Machine Operations.
• Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience operating machines in a production environment.
• Skills:
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and knowledge of various problem-solving methods.
  • Knowledge of safe working procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Innovative thinking.
  • Demonstrates good leadership behavior towards colleagues and superiors.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness and ability to work shifts and overtime when required.
