Salary: Market RelAssist with information gathering for audit preparation.
- Collect and prepare data for monthly and quarterly reports.
- Support unit supervisors and managers with delegated tasks.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
- Prepare at least one presentation per quarter or as required.
- Engage in rotational planning to be exposed to different tasks within divisions.
- Intern progress will be reviewed quarterly.
Core Competencies:
During the internship, candidates are expected to develop skills and knowledge in:
- Understanding CETA’s role as a corporate entity and its mandate within the SETA landscape.
- Gaining relevant theoretical knowledge related to the department or unit where the intern is placed.
- Learning about regulatory laws, frameworks, acts, and policies such as the Skills Development Act, PFMA, BBBEE, Employment Equity, and others.
Entry Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen under 35 years of age with a valid South African ID.
- Possess a post-matric qualification from a recognized institution.
- Must not have participated in any previous SETA-sponsored internship program.
- Must not have been previously employed.
- Submit a detailed CV and motivation letter.
- Include certified copies of the ID and academic qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
The following qualifications will be considered:
- ND in Business Management or Project Management
- ND/BTech/Degree in Office Administration, Accounting, Public Administration, or Business Administration
- ND in Management Assistant/Administration or equivalent
