Job Title: Manager: Kinto Fleet Sales SMME
Location: Sandton, Johannesburg

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dealer Fleet Market Share:
    • Establish and increase dealer fleet market share within the assigned region.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize full-service leasing for fleet SMME customers.
  2. Dealer Support & Process Development:
    • Assist dealers in developing a well-defined process to effectively manage KINTO SMME fleet sales.
    • Ensure dealers have in-depth knowledge of all KINTO SA products and services.
  3. Forecast & Target Management:
    • Manage forecasts, targets, and the dealer stock pipeline to align with regional and national sales objectives.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Digital Tools Adoption:
    • Promote the use of digital tools to enhance value offerings and streamline fleet operations.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with strategic teams to align fleet strategy and ensure effective implementation.
  7. Travel:
    • Be prepared to travel as required to support dealers and business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: NQF Level 6 (360 credits, 8 level framework) BCom or related qualification.
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or dealer business environment.
    • PC Literacy: Advanced MS Office package, SAP, e-Toyota.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong knowledge of KINTO and Toyota business operations.
