The Food & Beverage Waiter is responsible for serving food and beverages in the restaurant, room service, and function areas. The waiter ensures fast, friendly, and efficient service, with a focus on guest satisfaction. This role involves both front-of-house duties and stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service:
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner in the restaurant, room service, and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
- Address guest queries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Operational Duties:
- Set up and prepare the restaurant and function areas before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout shifts.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of stock, keeping track of inventory.
- Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure seamless service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
