Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales inquiries.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Merchandising and Stock Control:

• Handle merchandising of products to ensure optimal store displays.
• Manage stock control and stock taking to maintain inventory levels.

Store Operations:

• Assist with general retail procedures and contribute to a smooth branch operation.
• Perform routine tasks to ensure the store remains organized and inviting.

Requirements:

• Education: Senior Certificate required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of DIY tools and hardware is advantageous.
• Traits: Reliable, honest, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Negotiable with benefits.
