Key Responsibilities:

Site Visits and Assessments:

• Conduct site visits to evaluate space and determine specific requirements.
• Plan and design layout strategies to optimize store setups.

Planning and Design:

• Develop rough plans and drawings for store layouts and fixture placements.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure designs align with brand standards.

Installations and Maintenance:

• Assist in the installation of fixtures, equipment, and signage.
• Perform routine maintenance on store fixtures and equipment.

Merchandising and Store Setups:

• Oversee the merchandising of products to enhance visual appeal and sales performance.
• Manage store setups to ensure an organized and attractive shopping environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License: Essential for site visits and travel.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using basic computer software for planning and reporting.
• Availability: Must be able to be away for extended periods if required.
• Education: Senior Certificate required.

Desired Skills:

• Retail Experience: Previous experience in merchandising, stock taking, and shop fitting is advantageous.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with DIY tools and hardware will be beneficial.
• Reliability: Dependable and honest, with the ability to work effectively as a team player.

Salary and Working Hours:

• Salary: Negotiable with benefits.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:00), Saturday (08:00 – 13:00).
