Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information and assistance on tools and machinery to customers, addressing queries and offering technical advice.
• Sales Support: Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and manage point-of-sale transactions.
• Inventory Management: Handle stock control, including unloading deliveries, stacking shelves, and replenishing stock.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store remains clean and organized, performing general housekeeping duties.

Desired Skills:

• Retail Sales Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, especially with automotive, engineering, or tools and machinery, is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with DIY tools and hardware will be advantageous.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to serving customers.
• Team Player: Reliable, honest, and capable of working effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Senior Certificate required.
• Previous Experience: Experience in merchandising, stock taking, and retail branch procedures is preferred.
