Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide product information and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Merchandising: Ensure the retail space is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Stock Control and Stock Taking: Manage and monitor inventory levels to reduce shrinkage and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to retail branch procedures and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
• Offer support with technical knowledge on tools and machinery (advantageous).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric / Senior Certificate is required.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, stock control, and merchandising is preferred.
• Knowledge in DIY tools or the hardware industry will be a strong advantage.
• Must be reliable, honest, and a team player with a passion for continuous learning.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary (negotiable) with additional benefits.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00), Saturdays (08:00 – 13:00).
