Key Responsibilities:
Sales Forecasting and Incentives:
- Develop and implement accurate sales forecasts, ensuring optimal staffing levels and resources.
- Manage incentive programs and reconcile incentives to drive high performance.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and advancements to enhance sales performance.
Stakeholder Management:
- Foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders across internal and external teams to drive contact center efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Operations and Systems Management:
- Ensure the commercial viability of project plans and oversee their implementation to maintain business profitability.
- Oversee all contact center systems and tools, ensuring optimal functionality and resource efficiency.
- Implement strategies for continuous process improvement, keeping the contact center agile, efficient, and customer-focused.
Training and Development:
- Lead a team of sales trainers and coaches, analyzing performance to determine training needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and ensure skills gaps are addressed to boost sales team performance.
Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Analyze contact center data to identify areas for optimization and process improvements.
- Conduct regular data clean-ups to ensure the accuracy of customer information.
- Review customer feedback and satisfaction scores to drive decisions on process enhancements and sales strategy improvements.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with an undergraduate qualification (diploma/degree in Business Management preferred).
- RE1 and RE5 qualifications.
- 5-7 years of experience in contact center management.
- Expertise in sales administration, training, and analytics, with a focus on Insurance, Credit, or Telco products.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, call center management software, and data analysis tools.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create reports and presentations.
