Key Responsibilities:
- Direct sales: Contact potential customers to explain telecommunication products, delivering prepared sales pitches and answering customer queries.
- Use dynamic campaign scripts to persuade customers to purchase products, ensuring that all interactions adhere to FAIS, FICA, and POPIA standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating personal, employment, and contact details in the Customer Debtor System (CDS).
- Ensure the quality of calls meets Service Level Agreements (SLA) standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a mobile call center.
