RCL FOODS is seeking a dynamic and engaging GIG RIG Ambassador to join our Food Division in Tzaneen. This exciting role offers an opportunity to promote goods and provide entertainment at various brand activations, reporting to the Sales Manager. If you are passionate about customer engagement and brand promotion, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide entertainment and actively promote products during brand activations based on a scheduled activation plan.
• Ensure the brand messaging is communicated effectively to consumers.
• Explain the product range, benefits, and promotional mechanics of regional or national campaigns.
• Engage with potential customers by offering live entertainment and interactive activities.
• Gather consumer insights daily to improve brand promotions and activations.
• Promote Sunbake to potential customers during daily activations.
• Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Grade 12 certificate required.
• Prior experience in a similar customer service or promotional role is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• A customer-driven personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain operational standards during activations.

Additional Requirements:

• A passion for interacting with people and building brand loyalty.
• Ability to maintain high standards of appearance, accuracy, and work ethics in promoting Sunbake.
